How to order Online?

Ordering Online:

Search in our virtual shop the models of different styles, colours and materials. After you found the hats you like just follow this simple steps to order it:

Add the item to your shopping basket. Make sure the size, colour and quantity are correct.

“Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to Checkout”. If you which to buy any other articles please press the button “Continue Shopping”, if you don’t which to add any more items please press “Proceed to Checkout”.

Payment Options:

You can know choose between pay your order by bank transfer or by Paypal/Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa/American Express)

Deliver and Invoice Data:

Please fill in the shipment data and the invoice data.

Order Confirmation:

After you made your order you will receive an email with your order confirmation.

Deliver Timetable:

After receiving the payment all orders are prepared and shipped in 24h (except weekends and holydays). After that the Europe shipments take in average time of deliver is 3 to 5 working days. Please check the table below:

Cost of Shipment:

The cost of the shipment depends of the weight and volume of your order. The exact amount is mentioned of your shopping basket. Please check the table below:

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you made in our virtual shop. If want you can change your hat for any other of your preference.

To return it you should send us the hat until 4 days after you receive it. It should be in same condition you receive it, and should mention the return reason. After we receive the hat you will send you the hat you choose to return.
